When this private, Davis Love III signature course opened in 2004 it captured South Carolina Magazines Best New Course in South Carolina honors. Sports writers call it a must play. Davis Love III learned golf from his dad and the ways of championship golf on the PGA Tour. A smart, resilient golfer, Love brings the qualities that define his game to the courses he designs. They are at once challenging and rewarding to players of all skill levels. Their pleasures unfold seamlessly from round to round, season to season, year to year. The most distinguishing feature of The Patriot, located on the shores of Lake Greenwood, is the magnificent earthen fort surrounded by moats and antique brick underground tunnels. The forts ruins, gun turrets and unique design features memorialize the historical importance of the area.

Whether you are interested in a haven for quiet relaxation or a spirited atmosphere for active recreation, Grand Harbor Golf and Yacht Club is a focal point for the Grand Harbor Community and a retreat for its members. It offers outstanding golf experiences for those who love the game and expect the best in services and overall club environment. There are 3 sets of tees which allow for a senior and lady friendly course as well as offering a greater challenge for the more advanced golfer. We are easily accessible from Alliance, Louisville, Minerva and Canton. River Cliff Golf Course & Lodge This is a challenging golf course for players of all skill levels. You'll enjoy a great golf course at this local favorite. Riverview Golf Course This predominantly flat course does feature some mounding in the fairways that can cause uneven lies. Water hazards come into play on a few of the back nine holes. Rolling Green Golf Course This short course is ideal for seniors and ladies who like to walk. The greens are protected by grass bunkers, and water hazards come into play on four holes. Most fairways are tree lined and defined by a standard cut of rough. In the late afternoons, the wind frequently blows, making proper club selection an important part of the game. Many of the average-sized greens are elevated and double-tiered. Since this course is short, the club only provides 100-yard markers in the center of the fairways. Round Lake Golf Course This course affords generous landing areas in the fairways, but there are some out-of-bounds stakes lining a number of holes. The terrain is fairly hilly, so expect some uneven lies. All the fairways are defined by a standard cut of rough, and there is a scattering of trees that may alter your shots. The greens are slightly sloped, and some of them (as well as a few tees) are elevated. Tee times are only reserved for the weekends. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. Stillwater Valley Golf Club This course, located near the Slitter River, features gently rolling terrain and small greens. Water hazards come into play on at least seven occasions, so shot accuracy is essential. Since the fairways are basically open, this is an excellent location for beginning golfers ready to attempt the challenges of a regulation course. Sugar Valley Country Club This course was built on rolling terrain, so you can expect many uneven lies. The large greens are fairly undulating and medium speed, and the tree-lined fairways are bordered by a multiple cut of rough. Reciprocals are only allowed to make tee times for the weekends and holidays; they must arrange a tee time at least two weeks in advance. Table Rock Golf Club Table Rock Golf Club presents a beautiful setting intertwined with a challenge for players of all ages and abilities. This Par-72, 18-Hole, Jack Kidwell design was built in 1972 and is located just outside the small village of Centerburg, Ohio. Table Rock Golf Club can be found only twenty minutes north of Westerville just off Route 3, and because of its central location it is easily accessible from all over Ohio. Tamer Win Golf & Country Club This course's front nine is more wide open than its back nine. The fairways are tree lined, and there are water hazards coming into play on three holes. The somewhat large greens' speeds are determined by the seasonal weather conditions. This course is home to an abundance of wildlife. Twin Lakes Golf Course This course has two dogleg fairways, and two lakes which come into play on three holes. The front nine was built on semi-rolling terrain and has narrow fairways. The back nine is long and was built on flat terrain. Locals say this is a well-maintained course. The greens are fast. The ladies' par is actually 75. Upper Lansdowne Golf Course This course's tree-lined fairways are fairly narrow. The large greens are well maintained and easy to read. In addition, water hazards come into play on nine holes. Valley View Golf Course This course was built on hilly terrain and features wide, but tree-lined fairways. Water hazards come into play on nine holes. The greens are medium-sized, some are undulating and they all range from medium to fast in speed. Windwood Hollow Golf Course This course was built on farmland, but the terrain is rolling and offers some challenging and beautiful elevation changes. A creek flows through the middle of the course and comes into play on some holes. Windwood Hollow was expanded to a full eighteen holes in June, 2000. The front nine is open and as such wind is a major factor in play. The back nine is heavily tree lined and requires accuracy and proper club selection. Wooldridge Woods Golf & Swim Club This short course was built on rolling terrain and shot accuracy is at a premium. The club annually hosts the Mid-America Junior Tournament. The ladies' par is actually 75.
